We will meet, online or in person, to talk about what you would like to work on, which might be anything from getting familiar with the basics of yoga to establishing a daily meditation practice, working on alignment, moving towards more advanced poses, breath work, exploring the philosophical foundations or supporting your body in rehabilitation from an injury.
